Just Imagine Mosaics have a beautiful studio in Kloof, KZN where Sheila and Zelda have been creating mosaics for many years. "We are passionate about our art and each project stretches our boundaries to the limit. Attention to detail is the name of the game. We have been creating unique individual pieces of mosaic for exhibitions as well as custom designing for various clients and producing art for community based projects."

METHOD:
1.Place onion, chilli, peppers, tomatoes and apple in food processor and finely chop.
2.Dissolve the sugar and vinegar in a big pot over a medium heat.
3.Combine the tomato/onion/chilli/peppers/apple pulp with the sugar & vinegar mix and bring mixture to the boil. Once reached boiling point simmer for about 5 minutes.
4.Add spices and simmer until mixture thickens.
